TERMS OF USE
1. General information
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter - Terms) regulates websites' www.labispecialisti.lv (hereinafter – Website) usage procedure, as well as purchase and payment conditions in the e-store maintained by “Labi speciālisti” Ltd., registration number 40103704011, legal address: Rīga, Aptiekas iela 17, LV-1005, office address: Rīga, Mellužu iela 17, LV-1067, email: birojs@labispecialisti.lv, phone: +371 28317593.
1.2. By using the Website or making a purchase, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.
1.3. These Terms are binding both for physicaland legal persons, who uses the Website or purchases services, documents, or goods.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions have been developed and are applicable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All issues not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia in force.
2. Website content and services
2.1. The site offers:
- • services in the fields of occupational safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and quality;
- • digital products – documents, procedures, instructions, etc.;
- • physical goods related to work safety and protection.

2.2. All texts, documents, images, product descriptions, and other content on the Site are the property of “Labi speciālisti” Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
Without the company's written permission, any copying, distribution, or sale of materials to third parties is prohibited.
2.3. “Labi speciālisti” Ltd. reserves the right to change the content of the Website, product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Order placement
3.1. The Buyer has the right:
- • purchase products and services in accordance with the terms published on the Website;
- • purchase products and services in accordance with the terms published on the Website;
- • receive documents confirming the purchase – an order confirmation and an invoice;
- as a natural person – exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal with respect to physical goods in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms and the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (documents, instructions, forms, etc.) once they have been sent and downloaded;
- • contact "Labi speciālisti" Ltd. with questions, complaints, and proposals by writing to birojs@labispecialisti.lv; birojs@labispecialisti.lv;
- • as a consumer – apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) if a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation.
3.2. The Buyer is obliged to:
- • familiarise themselves with these Terms and comply with them;
- • when placing an order, provide true, accurate, and up-to-date data;
- • carefully verify the order information before making the payment;
- • make timely payment for the ordered products or services;
- • not use the Website for unlawful activities or for activities that could harm the operation of the Website or the interests of third parties;
- • respect copyright with regard to the Website content and purchased digital products – not to copy, distribute, or sell them to third parties without written permission;
- • be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for their actions on the Website.
3.3. If a physical product is purchased,it is delivered in accordance with the selected delivery method (see Chapter 5).
If a digital product is purchased,the customer receives a link to download the file after payment, which is available for 24 hours.
3.4. The Customer is obliged to carefully check the order information before making payment.
3.5. If the customer is a legal entity, a VAT invoice is issued automatically to the specified details.
4. Payments
4.1. The Seller (SIA “Labi skalības”) has the right:
- • change the content of the Website, range of products, prices, and descriptions at any time without prior notice;
- • amend these Terms by publishing their new version on the Website;
- • refuse to fulfil an order if the Customer has provided false information, has not made payment within the specified period, or has breached these Terms;
- • temporarily suspend or restrict the operation of the Website for technical reasons, updates, or maintenance;
- • request additional information from the Customer where necessary to fulfil the order;
- • unilaterally cancel an order if the product is unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred on the Website, refunding any amount already paid by the Customer.
4.2. The seller is obliged to:
- • ensure the operation of the Website and the acceptance of orders in accordance with these Terms;
- • provide true and complete information about products, services, and their prices;
- • upon receipt of payment, issue to the Customer an order confirmation and an invoice to the specified email address;
- • deliver physical products by the selected method in accordance with the relevant section of these Terms;
- • ensure that the download link for digital products is available for at least 24 hours after receipt of payment;
- • process Customer personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia;
- • review Customer complaints and respond to them within a reasonable period;
- • comply with the regulatory acts governing consumer rights protection.
4.3. After making the payment, the client receives a confirmation and invoice to the specified email.
4.4. If the payment is not made within the specified time, the order is canceled.
5. Shipping
5.1. Delivery of physical goods is provided in the following ways:
- • via Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers,,
- • via courier delivery to the specified address,
- • by personal receipt at the office – Rīga, Mellužu iela 17, LV-1067.

5.2. Delivery costs are calculated during order processing and indicated before payment is made.
5.3. Digital products are automatically sent to the specified email after payment is made. The download link is active for 24 hours.
5.4. If technical or delivery issues arise, the client can contact the company by writing to birojs@labispecialisti.lv.
6. Returns and withdrawal rights
6.1. The return and cancellation procedure is set out in the Delivery and Return Terms, which are an integral part of these Terms.
6.2. Natural persons have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the goods have not been used and their original packaging has been preserved.
6.3. Digital products (such as documents, instructions, forms) are not returned after being sent and downloaded, except in cases where the file is damaged or inaccessible for technical reasons.
6.4. The right of cancellation does not apply to legal entities (companies).
7. Responsibility
7.1. "Labi speciālisti" Ltd. does not assume responsibility for any losses incurred due to the client's actions, improper use of documents, or inappropriate application of instructions.
7.2. The company is not responsible for temporary disruptions in the operation of the website, technical failures, or data transmission errors caused by third parties or internet service providers.
7.3. The user undertakes not to use the Website for unlawful activities or for activities that could harm the operation of the Website or the interests of third parties.
8. Data processing
8.1. The client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, published on the Website: https://labispecialisti.lv/privacy-policy/.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1. All disputes or disagreements related to the application of these Terms are resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is reviewed by the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the legislation acts of Latvia.
9.3. Natural persons (consumers) have the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).
10. Entry into force and changes to the Terms
10.1. These Terms come into force on the day of their publication on the Website and remain in effect until a new edition is adopted.
10.2. "Labi speciālisti" Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms at any time by publishing their new version on the Website. The changes take effect from the day of publication.
