By using the Website or making a purchase, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.<\/p><p>1.3. The purchase can be made both by <strong>registering on the Website<\/strong>and <strong>without registration<\/strong>. By registering, the user undertakes to provide true and current data.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. The order is considered valid when the customer has made the payment and received an e-mail confirmation from \"Labi Speci\u0101listi\" Ltd..<\/p>\n<p>3.3. If a physical product <strong>is purchased,<\/strong>it is delivered in accordance with the selected delivery method (see Chapter 5).<br \/>If a digital product <strong>is purchased,<\/strong>the customer receives a link to download the file after payment, which is available for <strong>24 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3.4. The Customer is obliged to carefully check the order information before making payment.<\/p>\n<p>3.5. Payments on the Site are made using <strong>the Paysera<\/strong> payment system, which provides secure payments by payment cards, Internet banking or other available methods.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. All price offers are indicated in <strong>euros (EUR)<\/strong>and include <strong>value added tax (VAT)<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. After making the payment, the client receives a confirmation and invoice to the specified email.<\/p>\n<p>4.4. Delivery costs are calculated during order processing and indicated before payment is made.<\/p>\n<p>5.3. <strong>Digital products<\/strong> are automatically sent to the specified email after payment is made. The download link is active for 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>5.4. The return and cancellation procedure is set out in the <strong>Delivery and Return Terms<\/strong>, which are an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. Natural persons have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the goods have not been used and their original packaging has been preserved.<\/p>\n<p>6.3. Digital products (such as documents, instructions, forms) are not returned after being sent and <strong>downloaded<\/strong>, except in cases where the file is damaged or inaccessible for technical reasons.<\/p>\n<p>6.4. The company is not responsible for temporary disruptions in the operation of the website, technical failures, or data transmission errors caused by third parties or internet service providers.<\/p>\n<p>7.3.
