Making purchases and paying<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1739226 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1739226\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2.1. Purchases on the website can be made <strong>without registration<\/strong>, by filling out the order form and specifying the required information (name, surname, e-mail, phone number and delivery address, if goods are ordered).<\/p><p>2.2. Payments are made using <strong>the Paysera<\/strong> payment system, which ensures secure payments with payment cards or online banks.<\/p><p>2.3. The order is considered confirmed when the payment is made and the client receives <strong>an e-mail confirmation of the purchase.<\/strong>.<\/p><p>2.4. After payment, the customer automatically receives <strong>an invoice<\/strong> to the specified e-mail address. For legal entities, the invoice includes company details, if they were specified at the time of order.<\/p><p>2.5. If digital products <strong>are purchased<\/strong>they are sent to the email address provided by the customer, and the download link is available <strong>24 hours<\/strong> after payment.<br \/>If physical goods <strong>are purchased<\/strong>, they will be delivered according to the selected delivery method.<\/p><p>2.6. The customer is responsible for providing correct data. Physical goods are delivered by:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022<strong> Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers,<\/strong>;<\/li><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022<strong> courier<\/strong> to the specified address,<\/li><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 or can be <strong>received at the office<\/strong> \u2013 R\u012bga, Mellu\u017eu iela 17, LV-1067.<\/li><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>3.2. Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process.<\/p><p>3.3. <strong>Digital products<\/strong> are sent electronically to the specified e-mail address after payment is received.<\/p><p>3.4. If technical problems arise with the download or delivery of files, the client can contact the company by writing to <strong>birojs@labispecialisti.lv<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c530629 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c530629\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a94bbe4 venam-transform transform-type-translate elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a94bbe4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. In accordance with the <strong>Consumer Rights Protection Law<\/strong>, a natural person has the right to withdraw from a purchase <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p><p>4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer writes to <strong>birojs@labispecialisti.lv<\/strong>, indicating:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 name, surname, e-mail address;<\/li><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 order number and date;<\/li><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 reason for return (optional).<\/li><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>4.3. After receiving the application, the company <strong>ill respond with further action<\/strong> within 5 business days.<\/p><p>4.4. The returned product must be:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 in its original packaging;<\/li><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 unused and undamaged;<\/li><li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 with all components and documents.<\/li><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>4.5. Limitations on the right of withdrawal<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33cbe68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33cbe68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The right of withdrawal <strong>does not apply to:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 digital products<\/strong>that have already been shipped and downloaded;<\/li><li><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 legal entities (companies)<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 goods<\/strong>hat are damaged due to the customer's fault;<\/li><li><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 orders<\/strong>that are fulfilled upon individual request or tailored to a specific customer.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f76733 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0f76733\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf0f141 venam-transform transform-type-translate elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf0f141\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.
